When you request a demonstration we collect the name, company, email address and mobile number you give us. When you use the Peppermynt platform as a guest, we collect the information needed to deliver your order and your experience: your name, your mobile number, your room or table, your order history, your dietary and allergy preferences, and the ratings you choose to give.

We collect standard technical information automatically, including device type, browser and approximate location, so the platform can present the right venue to you.

• To deliver the service you have asked for — taking your order, reaching your server, settling your bill.
• To carry your preferences and allergies to the kitchen so you do not have to repeat them.
• To let the houses you choose to follow reach you with offers and announcements.
• To operate, secure and improve the platform.
• To meet our legal and tax obligations.

We share what is necessary with the hotel or restaurant you are ordering from, so they can serve you. We share payment information with our payment processor, who handles card details under their own security standards; Peppermynt does not store full card numbers.

We do not sell your personal information. We do not share it with advertisers.

Allergy and dietary information you provide is passed to the venue preparing your food. It is treated as necessary to the service and is not used for marketing. Peppermynt transmits this information faithfully but does not prepare food, and cannot guarantee the practices of any kitchen.

• You may request a copy of your information, or ask us to correct or delete it.
• You may stop receiving offers from any house at any time.
• You may close your Peppermynt account, after which we retain only what the law requires.

We keep information for as long as your account is active and for the period afterwards required by law or by legitimate business need. We protect it with encryption in transit and at rest, access controls, and regular review. No system is perfect, and we will tell you promptly if something material happens to your information.

Peppermynt is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
